Question:
I have a Dodge Ram 2014 Auto 4x4 Mega Cab with a front hitch C31015 and a nudge bar also. What I need is to extend the Ball Assy forward of the hitch out past the nudge bar. Can you do 2x 2inch extension say 12inch long, Male/Female? Thank you

I do have a solution that might work for you, though it is not an extender. An extender would reduce your tongue weight capacity of the hitch by half, so it is not the best solution for you. Instead, I recommend a long ball mount. Take a look at # 2736 as an example. It is rated for 5,000 pounds and measures 12 inches long from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole. It has a 3/4 inch rise or a 2 inch drop.
We also have # BM20. This ball mount measures 13-1/4" from the center of hitch pin hole to center of ball hole, is rated for 10,000 pounds and has a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop.
These long ball mounts do not reduce the hitch tongue weight capacity like an extender does because it is one connection from the receiver to the ball. With an adapter you would have 2 connections, the extra one being between the ball mount and the extender.
Check out the video reviews of these ball mounts I have included.
