I have a brand new ranger boat and the trailer has this light. The light is burned out. can I replace a bulb, if so how, what is the part number for the bulb? if not, then I need to replace the entire light?

I checked with Optronics and there isn't a replacement LED available for the LED Heavy Duty Trailer License Plate Light # LPL41CB. You would need to replace the entire unit. Which when you consider that most replacement LEDs are more expensive than this whole unit it's not a bad deal just replacing the whole thing.
If you had the incandescent bulb version of this light you could replace the bulb with a # A194B.
