Will the Replacement QM3 Hardware kit part # TH04997 fit Yakima and Thule Crossbars

i read through some of the answers and wanted to confirm that the TH04997 will fit both Thule Square and Yakima Round as well as some other various factory bars? it looked like you said it will fit all bars less than 4inch wide
