Does the TH05820 work on the Thule 650 Adventure Box?

Since the correct replacement mounting hardware kit for your Thule 650 Adventure Box is part # TH04997 and has mounting locations that are 4" apart on center unfortunately the discontinued EasySnap mounting kit wouldn't have worked for your application. It has U-Bolts that are 3-1/4" wide which doesn't match up with the 4" on center measurement I mentioned earlier.

If you are determined to use this kit you could drill holes in the Adventure Box so that they match up with the U-Bolts, just be sure to seal them up with something like the Loctite RTV 598 High-Performance Silicone Gasket Maker # LT37467 to help keep the elements out of the box.
