Question:

Hello we have a Thule Cascade box carrier. The pieces that we use to connect the carrier to our roof rack have deteriorated and I need to replace them. I do not have any other specific information about these parts. Are all the cascade parts the same? We are unable to use the carrier at this time because of the status of the connectors. Please advise. Thank you.

There were 2 different models of the Thule Cascade Cargo Box. You can open the lid and look at the white label to see which model you have. The hardware kits are specific to the model so you will want to make sure of the model number.

If you have a model 676XT, then the replacement hardware kit is u-bolt # 43216. There are not other replacements available for that kit.

If you have the 676 model, the hardware kit you need is part # TH04997. If you have the alternate style with other parts needed, you will need to retrofit the box to use this kit.
