The differences between the Draw-Tite # 24756 and the Curt # C11447 trailer hitches for your 2008 Chevrolet HHR are that the Draw-Tite has a welded tab that keeps you from using Class II trailer hitch rated accessories and it doesn't have a collar while the Curt doesn't have the welded tab and it does have a collar. The Curt also requires the use of a stabilizer strap # 18050 for all non-trailer accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier.
