How many of the travel trailer lift kit plates needed for a tandem axles?

Hi Jeffrey,

The Replacement Equalizer Plate for Lippert Tandem Axle Lift Kit, part # LC84PJ, is sold individually as a replacement part for the older Lippert Components Tandem Axle Lift Kit Part LC407131 which we no longer carry. If you already have the other components from this particular Lippert kit, you would need 12 plates to complete a tandem axle setup. If you're looking for a new lift kit, I recommend the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit for Tandem Axle, part # RR23QX.

I like the Correct Track kit because it not only raises your trailer by 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" but also lets you adjust axle position to correct alignment issues. That can help reduce uneven tire wear and improve towing stability. It works with your existing leaf spring suspension and installs without drilling.

The Correct Track kit is designed for tandem axle trailers and RVs with leaf spring suspensions. It works with 3 inch wide hangers that are either 3-3/4" or 5" tall, and leaf springs up to 2 inches wide. You'll also need at least 2-5/8" of clearance between the I-beam and the spring mounting hole on the hanger, so it's worth checking those measurements before ordering.
