Looking for Replacement Slipper Spring for HJ Utility Trailer with 1k Rated Slipper Springs

Hi…..i know there is no direct replacement for my HF utility trailer with 1 k capacity slipper springs. But you do carry the two leaf slipper spring which might be close. I’m looking to have these on hand when I need them. The only mod I can see is moving the rear mount back a little. Do you have any experience with this particular model of trailer replacement springs. Let me know and thanks Steve

Hey Steve, we have 1k axle rated slipper springs but I don't know exactly what length of spring you are in need of. The two lengths we do offer are the part # e36SR for a 24-5/8 inch length or the part # EM28UJ for 24-1/4 inch. Do you know what length you are in need of?

Hi…..just measured the spring….from center of eye to the hook end of the slipper spring 22”…..from center of eye to center of spring 10”……from end of slipper spring to center of axel 12” ….from center eye of spring straight across to slipper spring hanger bolt 21.5” ….so I think one of the springs will work probably the 24-1/4 would be close. I could move the rear mount if needed. Let me know what you think and thanks! Steve

Hi thanks for the quick reply. I’ll be seeing the trailer today I will measure from eye to center and slipper end to center and an overall measurement. I’ll get back to you in an hour…..thanks Steve
