Hey there Brent!
The Curt Ball Mounts # C74WR and # C76PQ are essentially identical aside from some very minor cosmetic differences. The # C76PQ is the newer version, while the # C74WR is the older model being phased out and is available while supplies last.
Both also require a hitch ball with a 1" diameter shank. You can use the 2" Hitch Ball # C40004 or the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # C40007, depending on your trailer's coupler size.
Since there's no functional difference between the two ball mounts, I'd recommend going with the less expensive # C74WR and saving yourself some money!

I have the older less expensive one. Works great! Much better and lighter than a regular steel ball mount.
