Hey Gary. To connect your Roadmaster Falcon 5250 tow bar to the Curt Custom Base Plate Kit item # C53FR, you'll need the Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapter Brackets item # RM-031.

Blue Ox and Curt's baseplates like the item # C53FR that fits your 2014 GMC Terrain have the same size connection tabs so the Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapter Brackets item # RM-031 will connect right to them. You'll be able to bolt the adapter brackets directly to the arms of your Falcon 5250 tow bar.

Here are the rest of the parts you'll need to flat tow your 2014 GMC Terrain:

Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit item # RM-15267

Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch for Towed Vehicles item # RM-76517 (4-cylinder models) or item # RM76511 (V6 models)

Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes

Charge Line - Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Line Kit for Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Braking Systems item # DM66VR. This is the easiest and least expensive way to add the required charge line because it routes through the Demco item # SM99251 or item # SM99243.

What kind of motorhome do you have? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.
