I have standard 205/75/15 I want to change for a fatter look without changing rim can i go to a 225/75/15

As long as your rim is between 6 and 7 inches in width a 225/75R15 size tire would fit on the rim. The tire will be about 1-1/2 inches taller so you will need to make sure you have the additional clearance for that.
For a tire I would recommend the part # AM10256.
