Hey Brittany, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 is no longer available. Tekonsha's parent company went belly-up and they stopped producing and shipping product. Basically, their owners were committing massive fraud and they bankrupt the company and put them out of business. We are hopeful the parent company will be bought out and will resume operations someday, but there is no timeframe for if or when that will happen.

If you need a brake controller for your 2026 Chevy 6500, we do have options that will work great. I recommend the following:

- Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Universal Wiring Harness - Dash Knob - Proportional # RED52VR

This controller mounts hidden behind the dash, so all you see is the small LED control knob. It's a very solid, user friendly proportional controller.

Does your 6500 already have a factory 7-way plug on the back? What kind of vehicle is it specifically? An RV or work truck?

Hi Brittany, My two cents. I'm a customer who has used the TEKONSHA PRODIGY P3 in various trucks with no real issues, except that it was always hanging off my lower dash. Recently I installed the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Universal Wiring Harness into my 2021 diesel Wrangler and have not looked back. There are numerous advantaged with it for instance the module is hidden in anywhere behind the dash which is control by a remote (all in one) small knob. The unit has, as most high-end units do, inclinometers to help with up and down hill braking through auto adjustments on brake pressures. The things I like about it is the ease of adjusting brake action on the fly through a small knob which changes colors when used to indicate heavy or light braking (a very clean look). Installation was fairly straight forward. For me I would not go back; it's an upgrade over the P3. I hope this helps in your research. ;-)
