Hey Scott.
The Power Mountain Tallboy Off-Road Bottle Jack # PM34FR has base plate dimensions of 8" long x 7" wide x 5/16" thick. That is a decent size compared to most jacks like that.
You may be able to find a plastic base plate pad that fits that footprint, but the custom fit ones are jack specific and I don't know of one that would work with this jack. That said, there are universal options that would work, such as the SnapPad StakPad Universal Leveling Block and Jack Pad # SN74VR. This would give it more height and more stability with its footprint of 12" long x 12" wide x 2" high.
What do you plan to use this for most of the time?

So a piece of plywood 4 inches beyond the dimensions of the base plate is what I would do. I bought the pump in case of. I hope never to have to use it by making sure that the tires are changed on a regular basis. I have not seen another Bottle jack with a base plate on it. That's a big step in the right direction. Since the trailer manufacturer does not provide a jack you do your best with what you have and think ahead. You have your tow vehicles’ jack and this one if you purchase it. Get your trailer to as level ground as you can slowly. Then go for a change of tire.
