I have a 2021 tracer le by prime time and needing a left side awing cover as when the awing folds up it’s black with a hole and I recently ordered one and it was too small and seeing if you can help me.

Sorry for the delay. I got your pictures and it looks what you are needing is the Front Cover for Solera Power RV Awnings - Regal Idler Head - Black # LC643923 (and the back cover # LC643921). Since you said the # LC37UD you ordered previously was too small and the pictures you sent, it confirmed what I had expected. The Regal style covers are larger and match the drive head from the pictures, so this will be what you are looking for!
If you don't mind my asking, what happened to the original cover?
Oh and would you like to get the incorrect cover returned? I can get that moving as well.

Yes I would like to get the one I ordered returned and a new one coming as soon a possible. And I purchased the camper like that so I don’t know what happen to it , they said they got a tree limb .
