Looking for Replacement 50 Amp Female SmartPlug Power Cord

Question:
I installed a 50 AMP 125/20V smart plug on my RV, and I replaced the plug in of my power cord with the smart plug. My power cord was stolen, and I need to buy the connector to match the receptacle on my RV. I want to use another 50 amp shore power cord that I have, cut off and replace the plug with a smart plug connector. What is that product number, or do I have to buy both pieces as a set?

It's specifically intended for exactly what you're planning: take an existing standard 50-amp RV shore-power cord, cut off the RV/inlet end, and wire SM36FR onto the cord. It then plugs directly into the SmartPlug inlet already installed on your RV.

Installed the Smart Plugs on 3 different lengths on 50 amp cords. Easy to do and worked great for the past 2 years. Great and quick contact. One of best improvements done.

The plug works as advertised. The directions may be confusing. Make sure you first insert the correct sized rubber boot onto the yellow plug before sliding the cable end through the boot and into and through the yellow plug assembly. Then complete connecting each copper wire to its correct lug. 6 Gauge wires are thick and a bit difficult to work with. Arrange the ends carefully so you can insert each end fully into its location before clamping down. Use a large screwdriver. There are no LED indicators. Not really needed and mine stopped working on the original cable anyway.
