Yes, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C53VV does include the powered converter module you are asking about, and it is a confirmed fit for your 2022 Toyota Sienna.

The converter does a little more than just even out the electrical flow. It draws the power needed for your trailer lights directly from the Sienna's battery instead of pulling that power through the vehicle's lighting circuits. This helps protect the Sienna's sensitive electrical system from being overloaded. It also converts the vehicle's wiring signals so they work properly with the trailer's 4-way connector.

If you still need the rest of your towing setup, you will want the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e56RR. This gives you a Class III 2" receiver with a nice matte black finish. I attached an image so you can see how that matte black blends into the fascia nicely.
