Hey Shannon!
Your bearing combination is actually a pretty common spindle setup. A 1-3/8" inner bearing would typically be the # L68149 with a 1.378" inner diameter, and a 1-1/16" outer bearing would be the # L44649 with a 1.063" inner diameter.
Where things get unusual is the 8-1/2" inside diameter of the drum. I’m not seeing a current hub and drum with that diameter that uses the # L68149 and # L44649 bearing combination. Normally, those bearings are used with a 10" hub and drum for a 3,500-lb axle, typically with 13" to 15" wheels.
I’d be happy to dig into this further before ruling anything out. What size wheels are on the trailer, and do you know the axle capacity? Also, if there are any numbers, brand names, or markings stamped or cast into the existing drum, send those over and I can use them to help identify exactly what you have.

Replaced both hubs and electric brakes, very easy installation and after two years still working fine. I replaced the hydraulic brakes and actuator that I put on the trailer 2 years prior. Working with e Trailer was easy and had no problems with shipping and price was very good as well FC
