Thanks for reaching out Gary. Yes, the Agri-Cover SnowSport HD Utility Snowplow # SS48GV comes with the hardware needed to install and assemble the plow itself. This is a complete kit that includes the plow blade, blade markers, 3-position shank assembly, push frame, and installation hardware.

The one additional component you'll need is a front-mounted 2" hitch receiver on your Tahoe. A great option is the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 31042, which will provide the mounting point for the SnowSport plow.

Do you already have a front hitch installed on your Tahoe, or would you be adding one specifically for the plow?

I will be adding a front hitch. Is there any way I can get the plow already assembled? My step son will be adding the hitch when Iam ready but would refer to have the plow already put together. Thank you, Gary,

@GaryG The # SS48GV will actually ship to you directly from the manufacturer so I'm not completely sure how much assembly is required. I will say based off of the instructions it does appear there is some. I will link the instructions below. Also, the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 31042 I linked above will fit the 4WD versions of your 1996 Chevy Tahoe.
