Hi Gregory!
The 22x60 Flint Hill Goods Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - 500 lbs # FHG49ZR can indeed be used on the back of a travel trailer. And that actually goes for any and all of the Flint Hill Goods cargo carriers. You will just want to double check the capacity of your hitch to see what the carrier can handle. Carriers like this are almost always rated higher than the hitch on a travel trailer can handle and you are limited by the lowest rated component.
One other thing. Though the # FHG49ZR does include an ant-rattle pin to hold it in the hitch, I recommend also grabbing the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2" Trailer Hitches # RM-061 to supplement that. It's a fairly simple design, but it is also one of the best anti-rattle devices on the market. There can be a lot of movement at the back of a travel trailer, so you want to do everything you can to keep carriers (or anything you have mounted in the hitch) as secure as possible.
On that note, what are you wanting to carry on it?

Lazer Thanks for the info. Most likely cargo will be firewood, once they lift fire bands, of course; which they are actually doing around here now. I’m thinking I may go with the Flint Hill metal version which is a little bit narrower in both directions. It seems to me that having that narrower 53 inches would be better on the back of a trailer and take some of the leveraged twist effect out of the rack. Being that the rack is rated at 500 pounds, I figure I can load more in the center of the rack and avoid even more of the twist. In terms of the anti rattle, I have something very similar to the one you mentioned. I’m not sure if it’s that brand though. I also have a TriMax which I like. Not sure if one is better than the other. My receiver is only rated at 150 pounds, so by time you take into account the weight of the carrier i’m only going to be able to put about 125 pounds on it. But that’s quite a bit of firewood. Thanks for all the help! Greg
