Welcome back Andrew and thanks for the information! Your 2016 Airstream Bambi Sport 22FB has a 4,500 lbs capacity torsion axle. I've got two options for brake assemblies that will replace your current ones.
Which set you go with is going to depend on whether or not you want self adjusting brake assemblies that don't require any tuning or manual adjusting. I have listed them below:
Self-Adjusting - Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 4.4K item # K23-478-479
Manual Adjust - Dexter Electric Trailer Brakes - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 4,400 lbs item # K23-462-463-00
I recommend the Self-Adjusting item # K23-478-479 assemblies because they require zero tuning or adjustments throughout the life of them.
I recommend replacing the old mounting hardware while you've got the brake assemblies removed. You can use the Mounting Hardware for 10" Brake Assemblies item # BRKH10B, which will handle both assemblies.
What kind of trips do you take with your Airstream trailer and do you ever go through the mountains? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.

As we were traveling back from Alaska, one of my brakes completed came off the mounting plate, all the pieces. When we stopped at My brother's house I bought a complete set of Nev R Adust brakes to replace them all. Followed the directions on the initial adjustment and then while moving. They were easy to replace, and we greased the axles at the same time. I highly recommend them. They have been working great. I can even tell the difference during a long trip. I think they have been one of the best investments I have done.
