Replacement Timken Seal for SKF Seal 17146

Question:

I would like to replace SKF seal number 17146 with the proper Timkin seal. would you know what number matches. Thank you Bruce

Hey Bruce! The Timken Grease and Oil Seal # TMK58ZR will work as a replacement for your SKF 17146 seal. Both have a 1.719" inner diameter, and the Timken has a 2.565" outer diameter compared to 2.562" on your SKF seal. That 0.003" difference won't prevent it from fitting your hub.
