Updated 08/20/2026 | Published 08/12/2026

Question:

Idler Hub Assembly part number AKIHUB-555-35-EZ-K Has a bolt pattern of 5 on 5 1/2. Do you have a wheel with a 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern? Whats your recommendation?

Thanks for reaching out JW. The Steel Solid Center Trailer Wheel # AM20053 is currently the only wheel we carry that has a 5 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern. We also carry this wheel mounted on a Kenda load range C tire with part # AM3H453 and a Kenda load range E tire with part # AM3H454. Most of what we carry for a 5 lug wheel is going to have the much more common 4-1/2" spacing.

Are you replacing components on a trailer with a 5 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern?

@Yes What type of setup did you install the # AM20053 on?

I bought 2 of these wheels along with 2matching hubs to allow the 2 axle trailer to have all 4 hubs have the same bolt pattern. This trailer is for a local non profit that we use to haul our tools and supplies. When I first started to tow the trailer we had a flat and I quickly found out that the spare wheel was a different lug spacing size that only fit 1 axle and I wasn’t going to put up with that. Wheels seem good quality.
