Question:
Is the wheel rated for 125psi cold

Thanks for reaching out Robert. The Aluminum AM03 Series Gunmetal Gray Machined Trailer Wheel # AM63NR does not have a specific maximum PSI rating listed by the manufacturer, but the wheel itself can safely handle pressures over 100 PSI.
With trailer wheels, the limiting factor for air pressure is typically the valve stem, and the # AM63NR does not include one.
For your application, I'd recommend pairing the wheel with the Americana Metal Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906. This valve stem is rated for up to 200 PSI, making it a great choice for higher-pressure trailer tires.
Are you looking to upgrade your tires as well or just swapping out the wheels?

The wheels have held up well. I bought 2 because I had a failure of another model and could not buy a replacement. The two are working perfectly no issues. I have metal valve stems as Chris mentioned I used them at 110 pdi cold and the psi goes much higher during my travel days. Fantastic product. I'm happy with them.
