Question:

I have a rear 2” hitch on my Honda ridgeline 2026. Can you recommend a snow plow for the rear. If so can you get I get it with electric lift? Do they make a front plow? Thanks Gary

Hey Gary, congratulations on the new truck! Since your 2026 Honda Ridgeline has a 2" rear receiver, you can definitely use a hitch-mounted snow plow like the Plowser # PL53YR (78" blade) or # PL82XR (90" blade) for light-duty snow removal, such as clearing your driveway.

However, all of the rear mounted options like this lack electric or hydraulic controls. Unfortunately, there are no front mounted options available at this time for your 2026 Ridgeline. As far as I know, a front hitch is not available, and there are no brackets for a more direct mounting option.

What will you be clearing with the plow?

I would be plowing just a few driveways. Would the Agri-Cover SnowSport HD Utility Snowplow for 2" Hitches w/ Electric Winch work? Gary

@GaryY yes, the Agri-Cover SnowSport HD Utility Snowplow # SS39PV will work with the 2" rear hitch on your Ridgeline and would be a good option for clearing a few driveways. It does have an electric winch to raise and lower the blade. The only catch is that the control is located at the plow itself rather than inside the cab. That's what I was referring to when I mentioned the lack of electric controls in my original answer.
