The Active Controls ActiveStart Plug-In Soft Start for RVs - Surge Protection - 30 Amp # AS94FR will indeed shut off if the voltage drops too low. Typically below anything 100v to 103v AC will trip it. On the other side of things, anything over 132v to 140v AC will also trip it for too much voltage.
Are you wanting to use this with a generator or more at campsites with shore power?
