Is etrailer Anti-Rattle Collar Compatible With Hollow Shank Ball Mount

I just ordered a B&W ball mount with a hollow shank for my 2025 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Before I add the anti-rattle collar to my order, I wanted to make sure the hollow shank won't keep it from working. Does that matter?

Hey Tyler! Nice choice on the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS20066BMP. The hollow shank won't be an issue at all. Our etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar # e55YV applies pressure to the outside of the shank, so it works just as well with hollow shanks as it does with solid ones.
What are you planning on towing with your Sierra?
