Hello, Looking to purchase a weigh safe weight distribution hitch for my 2026 expedition max Im purchasing a 2027 flagstaff 25dbh travel trailer roughly 5500 lb dry and 7500 gross Is there a certain model that works for that setup you are aware of.

Hey Benjamin, thanks for all of the info on your 2027 flagstaff 25dbh travel trailer. With all of that it's easy to let you know that the correct Weigh Safe True Tow Weight Distribution Hitch would be the part # WS79VR which has an 8,500 lb gross trailer weight capacity. This will be rated high enough that it will be effective but not so high that it would cause a harsh ride quality. Have you used weight distribution before? Does your trailer cause your Expedition to squat currently?
