Hi Kyle! The etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar # e55YV is designed to work with most hitch-mounted accessories that use a standard 2-1/2" shank. This includes ball mounts, bike racks, cargo carriers, hitch steps, and recovery hitches. The only real restriction is that it can't be used with a weight distribution hitch.

As long as the accessory fits properly in a standard 2-1/2" receiver, and there is enough clearance around the receiver opening for the collar to install, it will help reduce hitch movement and rattle.
