Can Redline Trailer Fender # PF1135-BKT-2 Attach to Vertical Trailer Brackets
Published 06/29/2026 >
Question:
I purchased PF11X35W as a replacement boat trailer fender, but it does not match my trailer’s mounting style. My original fender bolts to a flat vertical galvanized trailer plate using four molded mounting bosses/standoffs on the inside of the fender. The PF11X35W appears to require a different bracket-style mounting system and does not line up with my existing four-hole trailer plate. I need a white plastic single-axle fender with top and side steps that mounts using four molded internal bosses/standoffs to a flat vertical trailer bracket. Can you identify the correct replacement fender, or confirm whether PF11X35W can be safely adapted?

Hey Ed, without seeing a picture of your current mounts its hard to say but it's actually pretty common to have to drill new trailer fenders and modify them to fit the mounts of the trailer they are going on as the mounting systems are not universal.
