Do you know how wide the mounting flanges are? I’m trying to find something like this I can attach using a strong double sided adhesive. Thank you

I sure do Greg and welcome back. The mounting flanges on the etrailer Horizontal E Track item # e75VR are each 3/5" wide. The center portion is 7/16" tall. The distance between the 1/4" diameter mounting holes is 2" on center. The tracks themselves are 3" long by 5" wide and weigh 4-3/4" lbs each.
What are you planning on attaching to the E Track once you get it hung up?
