Hello Fred, thanks for getting in touch. The Erickson ATV E Track Tie-Down Kit w/ Ratchet Straps and Wheel Chocks # EM98CV will work great for securing your Kubota RTV1100C. Those weight about 2,300 lbs or so, and the tie down kit comes with 4 straps and each strap has a 1,500 lb working load limit. With four of these straps you are going to have more than enough capacity so secure your UTV.
