Caliber doesn't list the angle of incline for the Vehicle Ramps # CA24AJ, but based on their published dimensions of 37-3/8 inches long with a lift height of 6-5/8 inches, the incline works out to be about 10 degrees.

I can't say for certain whether the front bumper skirt on your 2023 Lexus IS350 F Sport will clear the ramps, since that depends on the vehicle's front overhang and ground clearance. The # CA24AJ does have a gradual approach, though, making it a better option for lower-profile vehicles than ramps with a steeper incline.

The best way to check is to measure from the front tire contact patch to the lowest point of the bumper skirt, then compare that to the ramp angle and the available clearance as the car starts up the ramp.
