Hello before purchasing I want to confirm the TL86NR is the right fit for my 2023 GMC Sierra 3500 AT4. It has running boards ending at the cab. 6 3/4 bed. Its also has the side steps on front and back of the bed. Thank you!

Hey Jenn, thanks for reaching out. Sounds like you are on the right track here. The TorkLift Tie Downs # TL86NR are exactly what you'll need for your 2023 GMC 3500 with the 6-3/4' bed and cab length running boards. Those will fit models with a factory trailer hitch, or with a TorkLift aftermarket trailer hitch, so as long as you have one of those, you'll be good to go.
Keep in mind the turnbuckles are sold separately, and for that I recommend the following:
