Hey Vineet, the Yakima DoubleDown and the DoubleDown Ace are no longer made but the Ridgeback part # Y02459 is very much a spiritual successor that has a few upgrades. Mainly being the frame cradles have added cushioning on them and instead of rubber straps that you would stretch around the bike frame this comes with zip straps that are easier to use for sure. Other than that most of the features are similar but a little more refined and easier to use on the Ridgeback. Do you have a Doubledown?

No, I don't. I was planning on purchasing a Yakima and happened to find the DoubleDown at one of the online retailers at a much lower price. Not it makes sense, since it is discontinued.
