Great question David, thanks for reaching out!
Yes, an 18K BTU RV AC like Furrion Chill Cube # FR27TD would work well on your 2016 Jayco Eagle 339FLQS.
The main things to verify are:
The size of your existing roof opening, most RVs use the standard 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" opening.
Are you replacing an existing air conditioner or installing a new one?
Is the RV Ducted or Non-ducted?
Your available electrical service and compatibility with the air distribution box and thermostat.
Will you rely on hookups or plan to run it off a generator/inverter?

Had this installed to replace a Coleman Mach 15K BTU unit on our non-ducted 24 foot travel trailer and just returned from 1st trip to West Texas. This turned out to be a good test since it was 103 deg when we arrived. The Furrion was able to get the interior temp down to about 85 that day, which is pretty much what I expected. When the sun went down it did even better, and was able to keep us comfortable for the rest of the trip. I'm really pleased with the difference it made, especially since you can "dial down" the unit once the RV interior is cooled down. That wasn't the case with the Coleman unit, which only had two settings (high & low cool), and was very loud on either one. From our standpoint, the only downside with this non-ducted version is that it only blows air in one direction, resulting in one end of the camper being a lot warmer than the other. But that can be managed with the strategic placement of a small portable fan or two. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase decision and would recommend it to others.
