Is this made in china?, if so is there a US made receiver available with the same dimensions and 10000 lb rating?

Hey David! The etrailer High-Low Fixed Adapter for Tow Bars # e25ZV is made in China. For a USA made option, we have the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars # RM-048-4. This fits a 2" receiver and has the same 4" rise/drop with a 10k rating.

Hello This product works perfectly on my RV to get the tow bar on my mini cooper within proper level range. Note it does occasionally hit the ground when pulling into a ramped driveway, so keep your safety cables on the top to avoid damaging them! A zip-tie helps keep mine out of harms way. Mike
