There sure is Dustin. The Threaded Hitch Pin item # TH62RE is exactly what you need for your Thule Doubletrack 990XT.
The Thule item # TH62RE hitch pin measures 4-1/2" overall. The thread pitch will match the threads in your Doubletrack shank.
The extended hitch pin is also available with a lock if you don't already have one. It's the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device item # THSTL2.

I have the 4-1/2 inch threaded hitch pin and it still isn't quite long enough to use the lock. I can include pictures of the pin in the hitch and the length of the hitch pin I used when I pull a trailer. I have purchased a hitch extension in order to resolve the situation as I couldn't find an anti rattle hitch pin long enough. Thanks for your help. Dustin
