I would not want to guarantee that the Phoenix USA Baby Moon Hubcap part # PXQ1402B is the correct replacement for your 2014 Tiffin Open Road without confirming a few wheel details first. These hubcaps are 8-7/8 inches in diameter and designed to fit a 221mm hub bore with a 4-spline style attachment on 19-1/2 inch, 22-1/2 inch, and 24-1/2 inch conventional wheels, but Tiffin used a few different wheel and cap configurations depending on chassis and trim package.

The easiest way to confirm fitment is to compare the diameter of your existing cap along with the way it attaches to the wheel. A quick photo of the front wheel and the backside of one of the remaining caps would help a lot too. I just do not want you ending up with a cap that looks correct but does not seat tightly or stay secure during travel.
