Replacement for AL-KO 5,200 lb Axle

Hello,I’m looking for a new axle for my travel trailer. Axle tag says it’s an al-co 5200 lbs and model number looks like t-523. The problem I’m having is that the I can’t find an axle where the leaf springs are mounted on top of the axle. Thx

Expert Reply:
Hi Steven; all of our axles are going to have the spring seats mounted underneath. If you can tell me the length of your axle (hub face to hub face measurement), I can see what is available for a replacement. If the spring seat measurement matches you can use the conversion kit # K71-385-00 to mount the leaf springs on top. If they have a different measurement you can also cut off the spring seats and weld-on new ones # TRSS300 to match.
