Question:

I see that you have the top mounting bracket in stock, but does this refrigerator also require a bottom mounting bracket? Thank you.

It does not Keith. The Bracket Kit for GE Appliances RV Refrigerator item # GE38FR is all you'll need to install the GE Appliances RV Refrigerator with Top Freezer item # GE58FR. The bracket is going to install in holes already prepped into the top of the fridge. It'll allow you to secure the GE item # GE58FR to your trailer's cabinets.

What kind of fridge are you replacing?

Thanks, Jerred. It's in my cart. I'm replacing a Dometic RM2652 in a 2000 Fleetwood Mallard 26E. It's obviously taller than the original, so today I'm working on framing the new top cabinet to accommodate the increased height. Can't wait! Thanks for asking!

@KeithH You're welcome! That'll be a nice upgrade. Hope you don't have to do too much modification. I wanted to add, the reason there's no bottom bracket is because like residential fridges the item # GE58FR is top heavy. The top bracket is all you'll need to ensure it's stability and make sure it stays put when your traveling or opening the freezer.
