RE: Aluminum Siberian Trailer Wheel - 16inch x 6inch Rim - 6 on 5-1/2 - Gunmetal Gray Can this wheel handle a load G tire? I guess what I am really asking is how much air pressure can this tire handle? If it did have load G tires installed on it, would it be limited to 80 lbs. psi or could it go higher?

Hey Eric! The limitation on the Aluminum Siberian Trailer Wheel # LH78MR is the valve stem. The max psi for this valve stem is 100 psi so that would be the limit. If the max psi of the tires is higher, you can swap out the valve stem for the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906 which can handle up to 200 psi.
