How Does 2 Speed Gear Work On etrailer Dual-Pin 2 Speed Jack e45YV?

The two speed happens with the handle in an out? Isnt it when the handle is connected to the other side? The one side looks geared down, and the other side normal. When you flip it around, can you disassemble it to turn the foot handle to the other side?

This updated design etrailer Dual-Pin Two-Speed Square Tube Jack - 20,000 lb Static / 12,000 lb Lift # e45YV allows you to keep the crank handle on the upgraded 2 speed side and just switch between gearing ratios by pulling or pushing in. It still has the standard 1 gear pin on the other side if you didn't want to use the 2 gear setup at all.

The foot is not designed to come off. Even if you took it apart, it's not designed to be switched around to the other side. What are you trying to do exactly?

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
