Question:

...so its gonna work great with a lot of the e-bikes that are out on the market. As long as your bike doesnt have fenders Dont just leave that out there! Offer the alternative for those of us WITH bike fenders! Jeez. Now Im not gonna buy this rack. I generally LIKE Yakima stuff too, but sometimes they can be SO dumb.

Hey Peter, the Yakima OnRamp part # Y88DJ would be a better option from Yakima for carrying an e-bike with fenders since it grabs the bikes by the frame instead. If you wanted to turn it into a pivoting bike rack you'd also want the BackSwing part # Y02483.

I know it seems odd that Yakima made the # Y22RX with wheel mounts that would interfere with fenders but they basically just wanted to make a higher capacity rack that could potentially be used with e-bikes instead of an e-bike specific rack with this one. What kind of bikes do you have?
