Question:

Is there a removable on ramp available for use with the Backstage swingaway model? We are getting ebikes and worry they may be a little heavy to lift into place.

I have a solution but there is not a ramp available for the Backstage part # RKY10002. I also looked at the available ramps and didn't see any that would easily work.

If you would like to upgrade the rack along with the bikes the Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches part # TH903202 is the way to go. Not only for loading the bikes but also for moving it around. Check out the video I made on it that I have linked for you.

Unfortunately we need a swing away rack and have already purchased the Rocky Mounts. Is there an aftermarket ramp that would work?

@Kim There unfortunately is still not a compatible ramp available for the RockyMounts Backstage Bike Rack # RKY10002. With both ends having only wheel cradles there isn't anything to really connect to them.
