I drove away with the wheel down and need to replace the jack with this mount. The blue part is welded to the trailer. Can you help me? I had a 10inch 1000lb jack before and would like to get 12inch if possible.

The perfect replacement jack that you would need would be the Dutton Lainson Sidewind Jack part # DL22560 that you referenced. It will bolt right up to your mounting bracket and has 12 inches of lift.
