Hey Roger, thanks for reaching out. We do have a PDF of the operating manual for the Oris Trailer Hitch with Detachable Hitch Receiver # TS58VR. I've linked that for you below. There isn't an online version of the installation instructions though. Those only exist as the paper instructions that come with the hitch.
What I can tell you is this hitch is what we call a "bumper beam" hitch. Installation requires removal of the rear bumper and the impact structure underneath. Removing the bumper can be a bit touchy since you have to undo plastic connectors and sensors, but once you have that off its pretty straightforward. You'll likely need to trim a section of the bumper fascia before it goes back on. This is typically something we recommend having professionally installed. If you are handy and familiar with trailer hitches it can be done DIY, but I'd allow at least 4-6 hours to get it done.
The # TS58VR hitch will fit the 2016 - 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC300.
