I have a 2020 Chevy Colorado with towing package including the brake controller plug under the dash. I’d like to purchase the Redarc tire pro Liberty. What is my plug and play solution? Thanks.

Hey Daniel. There is no brake controller port in the 2020 Chevy Colorado with the towing package. However, GM did run all the necessary wiring to one spot they just didn't put a plug on it.
To add a Tow-Pro Liberty to your 2020 Colorado, you'll need the Redarc item # RED52VR. This kit comes with the brake controller and the universal wiring harness that you'll splice into the bundled wires to the left of the e-brake pedal.
I linked an installation video below showing the Redarc item # RED52VR being installed in a 2022 Colorado. The steps are the same as your 2020. If you skip ahead to the 7:35 mark you'll see exactly where to find the wires and how to get them spliced into the brake controller harness.
