Question:

Do they come with the spindle and hubs are is that extra and I can not find the name of the mounting bracket that attachs the axles to the frame? My axles attached to the frame with two 5/8 screws per axles is this a standard size ? The boat on the trailer is a 21ft contender ....

We do not currently carry any torsion axles unless you count the Timbren Axle-less systems. I have included a link to the axles that we carry. Torsion axles will normally have what is basically a long L-bracket welded to the top of them. The standard method of attachment is to bolt them directly to the bottom of the trailer frame.
Torsion axles are not as easy to order from tractor or trailer supply shops because you also have to consider start angle and articulation.
Bolt size 5/8 inch is common so I don't think you need to worry about that. Axles can be ordered with or without hubs.
