Question:

I need a replacement camera for a Voyager digital wireless auto-pairing back up camera. Model WVOS541. Do you have this part?

Hi William! The WVOS541 is from the first generation of cameras which have been discontinued by Voyager. Unfortunately, that means a replacement camera is not available. The newer cameras aren't backwards compatible so you will need to replace the system.

For a replacement I recommend the Furrion Vision S+ Wireless RV Backup System # FR57AD. The Furrion cameras reliable and perform really well so I think you'll be happy with the upgrade. It is also available with side marker cameras # FR64AD.

What kind of RV/trailer do you have?

I recently replaced the older gen Vision with the S+. Rear camera, side markers and monitor. Huge improvement with clear hi definition and more viewing options. It was an easy plug and play type switch for me especially since I installed the original.

Thanks for the info, Robin. Very helpful. I felt confident replacing the camera, but don't want to get in over my head installing a new system. I'll work with the dealer to do that. BC

@BillC you're welcome! If you felt confident swapping out a camera you can definitely install the # FR57AD yourself. You already have 12V power back there from the old camera, so you're just hooking that up to the new one and mounting it. I attached an installation video, and here is a link for the complete instructions if you want to take a look. https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws.com/furrion_navigation/ccd-0005512x.pdf I also added a link for our dealer locator if you still want to go that route. If you need anything else don't hesitate to reach out.

@RobinH Thank you. I'm looking at it. My trailer is an Airstream. The camera is mounted on the slope up to the top (i.e. it's not perpendicular to the ground. The voyager has a u-shaped mount that lifts the camera up off of the trailer wall, where it can be rotated to fit. Not sure this will work with the furrion. What do you think?

@BillC its still doable but since the back of the mount is flat you will either need to use part of that existing mount (if possible) or add extra material for it to sit flush.
