It was the product that I ordered but the box arrived smashed up and one end completely open resulting in scratched side steps on one side of. It’s rails.

Still working great in rain and snow
The instructions are terrible. I ended up calling customer service. The gentleman I spoke with cleared things up and pointed me to a video that was helpful. The plastic covers for the support brackets fit snugly on the front brackets but the middle and back covers left a gap. I tried every hole combination but couldn't get rid of the gaps.
Installation instructions are little hard to understand. Video on etrailer website was VERY helpful. I was a little worried they might hit the OEM Ram mud flaps in the front, but there is clearance. These look good, see how they hold up.
Fast shipping and great value. Bolted right on. Still sturdy and looking great after 1 year.
Product arrived exactly on time and in good order. Packaging was well done, and every item was well protected. Pricing was very competitive, and shipping was free. I'm very pleased with this item. The enclosed installation instructions were inadequate but etrailer was good enough to make an excellent how-to video that was comprehensive and well done.
These do NOT fit a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab. The rear brackets do not align with the bolt holes in the bracket. They are off by around 4 inches. The front two brackets are fine. I installed the product due to the hassle of shipping thd product back. Other than that major issue, they are of high quailty and look great.

The boards are a fit for 2010 - 2018 Ram 1500 crew cab. I recommend watching the video installation that we have on a 2015 Ram 1500.
Looks good hopefully last long time. I like the fact that they fit closer to the cab over my old boards

Great product works very well i think they look better than the mopar ones because the ends turn in
So far so good. Looks good, well made and sturdy. Directions were not as good as etrailer videos. Both driver and passenger front attachment points were factor threaded while the rest required the zerks. As expected, 2017 exterior threads were not in good condition, some advice on how to deal with this would have been helpful. Also, somewhere in your site is a video from a guy with a white white work truck with several storage doors built into the bed, his installation video is the best one !
Order arrived a day early and in perfect shape, awesome customer service!! I wanted a bar that didn't stick out to far and this is exactly what I was looking for. The bars have a nice clean look to them, great welds and very sturdy. I especially like the plastic inserts that hide the mounting brackets. It gives it more of an oem finished look. I watched the install video a few times on etrailer and it made the install very easy. I have to say, if you had to go by the instructions included, it would be a little confusing. With the video, it was clear and very easy. Couldn't be happier with the product and service.

I have had my Westin Nerf Bar running boards for a year and am still very pleased with them. They remain solid as expected, look great and fit my Ram perfectly.
